THE ALLOCATION

Single-vineyard Chardonnay from Orange, NSW. Four barrels, one vintage.

Fruit and texture first, with a single strike of flint. Hand-picked cool-climate fruit, fermented in French oak, ten months on lees. If it does not meet the mark, it will not be released.

Allocations go to the list first, before the cellar door or any wine list. If requests exceed what we have, they are drawn by ballot.

Joining is free and commits you to nothing. Allocations are offered once the wine is in bottle, in early 2028, for delivery within Australia only. Until then, members follow the making of the wine.
